Roles & Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain imaging and procedural equipment for cardiac, vascular and EP cases
• Maintain a sterile field and perform sterile scrub duties during procedures
• Monitor hemodynamics and provide accurate patient physiologic monitoring throughout procedures
• Assist with diagnostic and interventional coronary and peripheral procedures, plus pacemaker and EP procedures
• Chart procedures and patient care clearly and timely in Epic
• Support inventory, equipment maintenance and stocking to ensure smooth lab operations
• Respond professionally when on-call and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required
• Fluoroscopy permit required (pending permits considered if application already submitted at time of submission)
• BLS and ACLS required
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab / interventional tech experience
• Experience with cardiac catheterization, EP studies, pacemaker procedures and hemodynamic monitoring
• Epic charting experience preferred
• RTO (return-to-office/time-off) restrictions must be approved at time of submission

Knowledge & Skills

• Fluoroscopy operation and safety
• Cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures (PCI, diagnostic caths)
• Electrophysiology (EP) lab procedures and device insertion/management
• Hemodynamic monitoring and interpretation
• Sterile technique and procedural scrub maintenance
• Equipment setup, operation and basic maintenance
• Epic charting and PACS familiarity
• Ability to assist across diagnostic cardiac, interventional radiology and EP settings
