Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
Assist residents with mobility, bathing, dressing, and grooming safely
Take and record vital signs accurately and report any changes promptly
Maintain accurate resident documentation and charting
Support safe transfers and use proper body mechanics to prevent injury
Follow infection control procedures and promote a clean, safe environment
Collaborate with nurses and the care team to deliver person-centered care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Valid work authorization for Pennsylvania (as applicable)
Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant program or equivalent
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or obtained upon hire
Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings (TB, immunizations)

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an approved CNA/nursing assistant training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care and bedside skills
Comfortable assisting with ADLs and mobility support
Basic vital signs measurement and observation skills
Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols
Clear communication and teamwork with multidisciplinary staff
Basic charting and electronic medical record (EMR) familiarity
