Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Support safe, clean, and comfortable living environments for residents
Communicate effectively with nurses, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Document care accurately and timely in the patient chart

Qualifications

Current CNA certification/registration in Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification preferred or ability to obtain
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Up-to-date immunizations/TB screening per facility policy
Compassionate patient focus and strong interpersonal skills

Education

CNA certification (required)
High school diploma or GED (preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in assisting with ADLs and personal care
Comfortable taking and documenting vital signs
Strong verbal communication and teamwork abilities
Basic charting and documentation skills
Awareness of infection control and safety procedures
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced care environment
