Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, per diem shifts as needed

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care under RN supervision
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Monitor and record vital signs accurately
Support patient mobility and transfer needs
Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in California
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare setting
Dedication to patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in taking vital signs and patient monitoring
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
Empathy and patience when assisting patients
Basic computer and documentation skills
