Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and support as part of the clinical team
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Measure and record vital signs and report any changes in patient condition
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
Communicate effectively with nurses, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant)
Ability to obtain or hold required Georgia state credentials for CNAs
Willingness and availability to attend in-person orientation starting 2026-04-28
Basic CPR/First Aid preferred or willingness to obtain
Clear background check and up-to-date immunizations as required by the facility

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Comfort with hands-on patient care and assisting with ADLs
Basic knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
Ability to take and document vital signs accurately
Good communication and teamwork skills
Dependability, attention to detail, and a caring bedside manner
