Shift Type: Days not specified, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening / 2nd shift)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitor residents’ condition and promptly report changes to the nursing team
Assist with safe mobility, transfers, and positioning to promote independence
Support meal service and hydration, following dietary plans and preferences
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with team members
Follow infection control practices and keep resident areas clean and safe
Build respectful, trusting relationships with residents and their families

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Completion of an approved CNA training program
Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred
Ability to pass facility-required background checks and health screenings
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, resident-focused attitude

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred; completion of a state-approved CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on experience with ADLs and basic resident care
Vital sign measurement and basic clinical observation
Infection control and safe handling techniques
Accurate documentation and basic electronic charting familiarity
Team-oriented communication and time management
