Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist cardiology physicians during catheterization procedures, ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency
• Prepare and maintain cath lab equipment and sterile fields before and after cases
• Monitor patients during procedures and communicate changes promptly to the clinical team
• Operate imaging equipment and document procedural details accurately in the patient record
• Respond to on-call requests in a timely, professional manner and support emergent cases as needed
• Collaborate with nurses, technologists, and providers to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care

Qualifications

• ARRT Certified prior to the start of the contract (mandatory)
• Experience as a Cath Lab Tech or similar interventional cardiology role preferred
• Ability to accept frequent on-call shifts and work consecutive weekends as required
• Reliable clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and teamwork mindset

Knowledge & Skills

• Familiarity with catheterization lab equipment and sterile technique
• Basic understanding of cardiac anatomy and hemodynamics
• Strong patient monitoring and safety awareness
• Clear, timely documentation and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable responding to emergent situations and on-call demands
