Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately per orders
- Perform routine assessments and report changes in patient condition promptly
- Document care and maintain accurate charts to support excellent continuity
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver great outcomes
- Support patients and families with clear communication and emotional support
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license (required)
- Current, relevant clinical experience as an LPN (per diem experience welcome)
- Reliable, professional, and able to work a 12+ hour day shift when scheduled
- Comfortable working as part of a collaborative care team
Education
- Completion of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program (diploma or certificate)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong fundamentals in patient care and medication administration
- Skilled at bedside assessments and basic nursing procedures
- Clear, compassionate communication with patients and team members
- Good clinical documentation and basic EHR familiarity
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy care environment
