Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to PCU patients with a focus on oncology
Administer non-vesicant chemotherapy as trained
Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
Complete ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy course as required
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with unit protocols

Qualifications

Active RN license in Michigan
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Experience in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) preferred
Oncology experience is a plus
Willingness to complete ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy course

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in chemotherapy administration and safety
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
