Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 36-40 hours per week, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM, every 4th-5th weekend, weeknight call every 1-2 weeks, holiday call rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care in the Operating Room, ensuring patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes
Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams to execute procedures with precision and compassion
Monitor patients pre- and post-op, anticipating needs and responding swiftly
Maintain sterile environments and adhere to protocols that make every surgery a success
Educate patients and families, turning anxious moments into confident recoveries

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
BLS certification
NIHSS certification
Completed Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Skills Checklist
Up-to-date immunizations including COVID-19, Tdap, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, and 2 Step PPD or IGRA

Education

RN degree from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in OR procedures and sterile techniques
Strong assessment and critical thinking under pressure
Excellent teamwork and communication in fast-paced surgical settings
Proficiency with surgical equipment and patient monitoring
