Rad Tech - Cath Lab
Location: North Richland Hills, Texas
Start Date: 05-11-2025
End Date: 08-10-2025
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with call required and alternating weekends, about 14-15 days/month call
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Scrub and support cardiac cath cases including STEMI call to save lives
- Monitor cath lab procedures using Maclab for precise outcomes
- Assist with IR procedures like Permcath and fistula creations
- Contribute to EP studies including ablations and device implants
- Collaborate with 3-4 person teams for optimal patient care ratios
- Utilize advanced equipment like Impella, IABP, and IVUS to deliver top results
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of cath lab experience
- RT (Registered Technologist) or RCIS certification
- ARRT or RCIS with proven cath lab scrubbing skills
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Team player attitude who goes with the flow

Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise scrubbing cardiac cath cases and STEMI response
- Proficiency with Maclab monitoring and Meditech EMR
- Familiarity with GE Xray, Impella, IABP, Atherectomy, IVUS/OCT, FFR/RFR
- Experience in IR, EP, and peripheral angiograms preferred
