Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (8-hour days), option for 4x10s, no weekends or call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan and execute personalized rehabilitation programs to empower patients toward peak physical function
Apply therapeutic exercises to build strength and mobility
Utilize neuromuscular re-education to restore coordination and control
Employ physical modalities and gait training to accelerate recovery
Deliver manual techniques with compassion to alleviate pain and improve movement
Communicate effectively and motivate patients with your interpersonal expertise

Qualifications

Active Illinois Physical Therapist License
American Heart Association BLS certification
1+ years of PT experience
Skills checklist current to within 1 year
2 supervisory references with employment dates

Education

Physical Therapy degree with Illinois licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Therapeutic exercise mastery
Neuromuscular re-education techniques
Physical modalities application
Gait training expertise
Manual therapy skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for patient motivation
