Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour mid shifts, 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM, rotating 7 on/7 off (36 hours one week, 48 the next), flexible to day/night as needed

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate emergency care across the 11-bed Main ED, 6-bed Fast Track, and 7-bed Observation Unit
Triage patients efficiently and rotate through Quick Registration, Covid Tent, and Entry Screening
Adapt dynamically to shifting patient volumes, rotating areas daily or mid-shift to meet urgent needs
Assist with Covid testing and immunization clinics, making a real difference in community health
Float to other departments when qualified, supporting patient loads or essential tasks with confidence

Qualifications

Active RN license
Minimum 2 years recent RN experience in Emergency Department
American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC certifications
Conscious sedation certification (facility-provided after confirmation)

Education

RN degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in high-volume ED operations including triage and fast track
Flexibility to rotate through multiple ED areas and assist in clinics
Competence in floating to other departments for patient care or support tasks
