Shift Type: Flexible 12-hour shifts, per diem as needed
Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care to patients in the Step-Down Unit
- Monitor and assess patient conditions with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
- Advocate for patients ensuring their needs are met every step of the way
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Louisiana
- Experience in Step-Down Unit or similar setting preferred
- BLS certification required
- Commitment to high-quality patient care
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Proficiency in patient monitoring and intervention
