Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents
Assist with daily living activities to promote independence
Monitor patient health and report changes promptly
Maintain clean and safe environments for optimal care
Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional support

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
Current BLS/CPR certification
Genuine passion for helping others thrive
Reliable and ready to jump in per diem

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care and vital signs monitoring
Hygiene and mobility assistance expertise
Strong communication with residents and staff
Attention to detail in documentation
