Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours weekly with floating in rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to patients in a 16-bed ICU/CCU unit making a real difference
Monitor complex cases using advanced equipment like Impella, IABP, and hemodynamic systems
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including MT support for seamless patient care
Perform essential procedures such as central line and dialysis catheter insertions
Champion patient experience while floating to support hospital needs

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 2 years of ICU/CCU experience
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required (PALS preferred)
Strong critical thinking and self-motivated approach to thrive in fast-paced environment

Education

RN licensure from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in ICU/CCU patient management and advanced equipment
Proficiency with Meditech documentation system
Critical thinking and self-motivation for independent decision-making
Familiarity with procedures like central lines and dialysis catheters
