Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend, guaranteed 36-40 hours

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to PCU patients making a real difference in their recovery
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes saving lives every shift
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create impactful care plans
Educate patients and families empowering them on their health journey
Utilize Meditech system efficiently for seamless documentation

Qualifications

Active RN license ready to hit the ground running
1+ years of nursing experience with preference for 2+ years in PCU
BLS certification and commitment to patient safety
Comfortable with every other weekend and floating as needed

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong PCU nursing expertise handling progressive care patients
Proficient in Meditech documentation system
Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills
Team player who thrives in dynamic hospital environments
