Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver life-saving respiratory treatments to patients with asthma, pneumonia and emphysema
Manage advanced ventilators like Servo I, Hamilton and V60 machines with confidence
Perform critical evaluations and procedures in a high-volume 437-bed facility
Collaborate with physicians in a team-focused, fast-paced unit
Handle 44-46 procedures per shift while prioritizing patient care

Qualifications

Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
Ready to rock light grey scrubs as the dress code
Team player with a critical thinking mindset

Education

Completion of accredited Respiratory Therapy program
RRT certification from NBRC

Knowledge & Skills

2+ years of acute care hospital RRT experience
Proficiency with Meditech EMR system
Familiarity with Servo I ventilators, nebulizers, CPAP/BIPAP and ABGs
Trauma experience is a huge plus
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-procedure environments
