Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations to guide patient recovery
Develop personalized plans of care that make a real difference
Collaborate with the rehab team on patient progress and discharge planning
Communicate effectively about equipment needs and care conferences
Deliver treatments in rooms, hallways, outdoor areas, and state-of-the-art gyms
Float between acute, swing, nursing home, and outpatient services as needed

Qualifications

Active NC Physical Therapy license
CPR certification
At least 2 years of experience, preferably 3+ in hospital or nursing home settings

Education

Physical Therapy degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Hospital and nursing home rehab experience
Proficiency with Cerner and NetHealth documentation systems
Strong rehab team communication skills
