Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 4 weekend shifts per month

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to laboring patients and support their birth choices
Monitor fetal heart rates and manage high-risk deliveries with confidence
Circulate in OR for C-sections and assist with procedures like IUPC and FSE
Administer MgSO4 and manage postpartum hemorrhage using cutting-edge JADA system
Provide couplet care in postpartum to promote bonding and breastfeeding
Collaborate with 24/7 midwives, CRNAs and laborist team for personalized birth experiences

Qualifications

Active RN license
2+ years of L&D experience
Certifications in ACLS, BLS, NRP and fetal monitoring
Commitment to highest quality patient care and vaginal birth support

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in fetal monitoring and high-risk obstetrics
Familiarity with Spinning Babies and STABLE techniques
Proficiency in CPN and Meditech documentation systems
Skills in nitrous oxide administration and postpartum hemorrhage management
