Roles & Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly at the front desk and handle registration with ease
Masterfully manage scheduling to keep the clinic flowing smoothly
Room patients efficiently in the clinic setting for seamless care delivery
Support both front and back office needs as required, showcasing your versatility
Collaborate with the Asthma Allergy team to deliver exceptional outpatient care

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
MA-C certification required
BLS (AHA) certification
Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC) via AMCA

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Front desk operations and patient registration
Scheduling expertise
Clinic rooming procedures
Comfortable in both front and back office roles
Familiarity with EPIC charting system
