Location: Fort Worth, Texas

End Date: 04-07-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM with rotation at least one weekend day per month or Tuesday-Saturday

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient evaluations to create personalized therapy plans
Deliver impactful therapy interventions that restore independence
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including PT and SLP to optimize care
Manage caseloads in acute care and inpatient rehab settings with compassion
Float across hospital departments to support where help is needed most

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapy Texas License
Current CPR/BLS certification
At least 1 year of experience with a friendly, team-oriented attitude

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong Acute Care Experience
Inpatient Rehab Experience
Expertise in evaluations and regular therapy interventions
Comfortable working in a dynamic therapy department environment
