Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct physical therapy evaluations to create personalized plans of care
Deliver impactful treatments in patient rooms, hallways, outdoor areas, and state-of-the-art rehab gyms
Collaborate closely with rehab team on patient progress, equipment needs, and discharge planning
Assist with rounds and care conferences to optimize patient outcomes
Float between acute, swing, nursing home, and outpatient services as needed

Qualifications

Active NC Physical Therapy license
CPR certification
At least 2 years of experience, preferably 3+ years in hospital or nursing home settings

Education

Physical Therapy degree from accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Hospital and nursing home experience
Proficiency with Cerner and NetHealth documentation systems
Strong communication skills for team collaboration
