Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to critically ill cardiovascular patients in a fast-paced CVICU
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and execute life-saving treatment plans
Advocate fiercely for your patients ensuring their needs are always front and center
Educate patients and families providing comfort and clarity during challenging times

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of ICU experience, preferably in CVICU
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making skills

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
Proficiency with cardiac drips and post-op cardiac surgery care
Excellent communication and teamwork in high-stress environments
Passion for cardiovascular nursing and patient-centered care
