Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to med-surg patients on a 33-bed unit
Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to needs with 5:1 ratios
Collaborate with charge nurses, RNs, techs and secretaries for seamless teamwork
Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech system
Contribute to positive patient experiences by keeping white boards updated
Float as needed to support the team

Qualifications

Active RN license
BLS certification
At least 2 years of experience
Basic med-surg knowledge

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Solid foundation in medical-surgical nursing
Proficiency with Meditech documentation
Team-oriented mindset with great communication
