Shift Type: Straight nights or 50/50, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 3 weekend shifts within a 4 week period

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to high-acuity patients in a 24-bed ICU
Manage ventilators, vasopressors, and advanced procedures like rapid sequence intubations
Perform central line placements, arterial lines, chest tubes, and bronchoscopies
Monitor and respond to complex cases including IABP, CRRT, and open hearts
Collaborate with a supportive team of 46 staff maintaining optimal 1:2 patient ratios
Float to PCU or serve as sitter to make a hospital-wide impact

Qualifications

Active RN license
ACLS certification
2 years of ICU experience (1 year strong experience considered)
Comfortable with EPIC documentation system

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in ICU procedures including intubation, central lines, and arterial lines
Proficient with ventilators, vasopressors, restraints, and high-acuity monitoring
Team-oriented personality that thrives in fast-paced environments
Familiarity with EPIC charting
