Physical Therapist Assistant - LTC
Location: Moore, Oklahoma
Start Date: 06-15-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8 hour day shifts, flexible start times before 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $41 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based rehabilitative treatments to help patients regain strength and mobility
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities under PT supervision
- Track patient progress and collaborate with your supervising Physical Therapist to optimize care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure outstanding outcomes
- Document treatments accurately and participate in care conferences to drive facility success
- Support students and adhere to professional standards for ethical, high-quality practice
Qualifications
- Active PTA license in Oklahoma
- 1+ years of PTA experience
- LTC or Rehab experience
- New grads welcome with Level II fieldwork experience
- Recent skills checklist and resume required
