Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional critical care to ICU patients
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
Advocate fiercely for patients and their families
Utilize advanced skills to stabilize and improve conditions

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
ICU nursing experience
BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong clinical judgment and quick thinking

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring
Proficiency with ventilators and drips
Excellent communication and teamwork
Crisis management and prioritization
