Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead patient care services in the Home Health program with direct oversight and passion
• Mentor and train clinicians, fostering their growth through orientation and case management support
• Monitor staff performance, coach for excellence, and drive performance improvements
• Conduct utilization analyses and reporting to optimize resources and outcomes
• Facilitate scheduling and troubleshooting to ensure seamless patient onboarding and care delivery
• Promote safe practices, respond swiftly to incidents, and champion extraordinary service
• Coordinate staffing, budgets, and vendor supplies for efficient hospice operations
• Step in as leadership during director absences, overseeing all aspects of care

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current unencumbered Montana RN license
• Three years of experience in Hospice care
• BSN preferred
• Supervisory experience a plus

Education

• Registered Nurse (BSN preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication abilities
• General proficiency with online platforms and Microsoft Office
• Expertise in patient care services, staff monitoring, utilization analyses, scheduling, and budget adherence
