Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and care for patients recovering from anesthesia
Assess vital signs and manage post-op recovery needs
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth transitions
Administer medications and provide compassionate support
Document patient progress with precision and care

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana
PACU or critical care nursing experience preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong assessment and prioritization skills

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in post-anesthesia patient monitoring
Proficiency with recovery room protocols
Excellent communication with patients and teams
Quick thinking in dynamic clinical environments
