Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to mothers and newborns in Labor & Delivery
Monitor patients closely during labor and delivery processes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe outcomes
Assist in procedures and support family-centered care
Advocate for patients delivering exceptional nursing support

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana
Experience in Labor & Delivery preferred
BLS and NRP certifications required
Strong clinical skills in maternal and newborn care

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in labor and delivery protocols
Patient assessment and fetal monitoring
Teamwork in high-pressure OB environments
Excellent communication with patients and families
