Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct care to residents, helping with daily activities and personal needs
Assist with mobility, grooming, and meals to enhance patient comfort and independence
Monitor vital signs and report changes to ensure top-notch care
Foster a warm, supportive atmosphere that residents call home
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional outcomes

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
Current BLS/CPR certification
Genuine passion for helping others thrive
Reliable transportation to our Smethport facility
