Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional post-anesthesia care to pediatric patients
Monitor vital signs and recovery progress with precision
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth transitions
Provide compassionate family-centered support during critical moments
Contribute to a healing environment that prioritizes kids' well-being

Qualifications

Active RN license in Massachusetts
Pediatric nursing experience, especially in PACU or recovery
BLS and PALS certifications
Commitment to high standards in pediatric care

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in post-op pediatric recovery protocols
Strong assessment and intervention skills for young patients
Excellent communication with families and healthcare teams
Adaptability in a fast-paced per diem setting
