Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on occupational therapy to help patients regain independence
Create personalized treatment plans that inspire progress
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Adapt therapies to meet unique individual needs
Track and celebrate patient milestones for lasting impact

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in California
Experience working with diverse patient populations
Passionate about rehabilitation and patient-centered care
Reliable and flexible for per diem opportunities

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
Knowledge of pediatric or specialized therapy techniques
Excellent communication and empathy with patients and families
Proficiency in documentation and progress tracking
