Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to pediatric med/surg patients
Monitor vital signs and administer treatments with precision
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
Educate families and support young patients through recovery
Maintain accurate records and ensure safety protocols

Qualifications

Active RN license in Missouri
Pediatric med/surg nursing experience preferred
BLS certification required
Strong passion for working with children
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
Current RN licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Pediatric assessment and intervention techniques
Medication administration and IV skills
Family-centered care approaches
Electronic health record proficiency
Crisis management in pediatric settings
