Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to patients on the Medical Surgical Telemetry unit
Monitor telemetry and respond swiftly to patient needs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create impactful care plans
Advocate for patients ensuring their voices are heard
Utilize your nursing expertise to improve outcomes and save lives

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications
Experience in Med-Surg Telemetry preferred
Strong clinical assessment skills
Commitment to patient-centered care

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
IV therapy and medication administration
Patient education and discharge planning
Electronic health record proficiency
Effective communication in high-pressure settings
