Location: Bellefontaine, Ohio

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 24-hour on-call shift, Wednesday 6/25/26 7:00 AM - Thursday 6/26/26 7:00 AM, must stay within 30-minute radius

Candidate Pay Rate: $1467 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert on-call OB/GYN coverage delivering approximately one baby per day
Perform routine vaginal deliveries, low forceps, and C-sections as needed
Handle complicated deliveries including breech and multiples
Interpret FHR via NST and FSE, plus perform OB ultrasounds
Manage low-risk pregnancies and repair lacerations when required
Collaborate with a dedicated hospital team to ensure top-notch maternal care

Qualifications

Board Certified or truly Board Eligible OB/GYN
Completed ABOG or AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency
Active Ohio medical license
BLS and ACLS certifications
Clean malpractice and licensure history
At least 50 deliveries and 5 C-sections in the last 12 months

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in OB/GYN procedures including C-sections and ultrasound performance
Experience with low-risk pregnancies and routine deliveries
Comfortable with on-call responsibilities in a clinic/hospital setting
Skilled in Meditech Expanse EMR for seamless documentation
