Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional physical therapy to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and quality of life
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques
Document progress and adjust therapies for maximum impact

Qualifications

Active PT or DPT license
Any experience level welcome, including new grads
Passionate about helping others regain strength and independence

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Physical Therapist (PT) degree

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in physical therapy techniques
Strong patient assessment and care planning
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
