Roles & Responsibilities

Float seamlessly between medical, surgical, and cardiovascular units to provide top-notch care
Masterfully manage Meditech EMR, Pyxis, wound vacs, and chest tubes
Deliver compassionate patient care across diverse units with ratios like 1:4 to 1:6
Adapt quickly to varying unit needs while upholding the highest standards

Qualifications

Active Hawaii RN license required by start date
BLS certification mandatory, ACLS preferred along with PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, or ENPC
2-10 years of nursing experience to hit the ground running

Education

RN licensure with Hawaii state requirements

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in Meditech EMR, Pyxis medication dispensing, wound vac systems, and chest tubes
Flexibility to float between medical, Laulima surgical acute, and cardiovascular units
