Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct care to residents, helping with daily activities and personal needs
Assist with mobility, grooming, and vital signs monitoring to ensure resident comfort and safety
Foster a warm, supportive environment that brightens residents' days
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver top-notch patient care

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Connecticut
Current BLS/CPR certification
Genuine passion for helping others thrive

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong bedside manner and empathy
Basic clinical skills including vital signs and ADLs
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
