Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents at Mountain View Center
Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to needs
Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance resident well-being
Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Foster a warm, supportive environment that residents call home

Qualifications

Active LPN license in good standing
Current BLS certification preferred
Commitment to weekend shifts with approved RTO
Local candidates only, ready to make an immediate impact

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in patient care and medication administration
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Compassionate approach with attention to detail
