Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate respiratory care to improve patient outcomes
Monitor and manage ventilators and breathing treatments with precision
Collaborate with healthcare teams to create impactful treatment plans
Educate patients and families on respiratory health for lasting wellness
Respond swiftly to emergencies, saving lives one breath at a time

Qualifications

Active RRT or CRT license in Louisiana
BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
Recent experience in acute care respiratory therapy
Commitment to high-quality patient care
Reliable and ready to jump into rotating shifts

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in ventilator management and airway care
Proficiency with arterial blood gases and pulmonary function tests
Strong assessment skills for respiratory distress
Excellent communication with patients and teams
Adaptability to fast-paced hospital environments
