Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to residents, making a real difference in their daily lives
Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and vital signs monitoring with skill and empathy
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure top-notch patient outcomes
Maintain a clean and safe environment that residents love calling home
Document care provided accurately to support seamless continuity

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in good standing
Current BLS certification preferred
Genuine passion for helping others and strong communication skills
Reliable and ready for local contract work starting ASAP

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals and safety protocols
Vital signs monitoring and basic medical terminology
Empathy-driven interpersonal skills for building trust with residents
