Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in critical need
Quickly assess and stabilize patients during high-pressure situations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide top-tier treatment
Triage and prioritize care in a dynamic ED environment
Advocate for patients and their families throughout their care journey

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana or compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications required
ED or ER experience strongly preferred
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity settings

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication in stressful environments
Proficiency with emergency medical equipment and protocols
Team player mindset with adaptability
