Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate hands-on care to residents in a warm long-term setting
- Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to needs
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance resident well-being
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Current certifications including BLS
- Ready to start ASAP in a local contract role
Education
- Completion of accredited LPN program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment abilities
- Excellent communication with patients and teams
- Proficiency in medication administration
- Adaptable to night shift rhythms
