Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate direct and indirect nursing care to residents, making a real difference in their daily lives
Administer medications and treatments with precision, ensuring top-notch care as ordered by physicians
Supervise and direct CNAs, fostering a teamwork vibe that elevates resident care
Address resident needs promptly, documenting everything accurately to keep everyone informed and safe
Promote collaboration across shifts and departments, building a supportive community in LTC

Qualifications

Active LPN license in good standing
Experience in long-term care settings, especially LTC or memory care
Current BLS certification
Commitment to quick starts and reliable attendance

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in medication administration and treatments
Strong supervisory skills for overseeing CNAs
Excellent documentation and communication abilities
Teamwork mindset with a resident-first approach
