Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per Diem shifts, 8.5 hours each (typically 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, as needed)

Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to ICU patients making a real difference
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
Advocate for patients ensuring their needs are met

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana
ICU nursing experience preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong clinical assessment skills

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring
Proficiency with ventilators and ICU equipment
Excellent critical thinking under pressure
Compassionate patient communication
