Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical and psychosocial needs throughout their care journey
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Execute provider interventions and evaluate patient progress toward positive outcomes
• Coordinate seamless care across interdisciplinary teams in acute, swing bed, and ER settings
• Document accurately and efficiently while mastering equipment and medications
• Educate patients, families, and staff to empower better health decisions
• Drive performance improvements and risk management for top-notch hospital standards

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• Colorado RN license or compact state eligibility
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• PALS preferred for ER excellence
• Experience in acute care, swing bed, or emergency settings a big plus

Education

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in nursing process from assessment to evaluation
• Proficiency with T-System documentation and automated systems
• Strong triage and prioritization skills for ER demands
• Knowledge of trauma bay operations and therapeutic interventions
• Effective communication with physicians, nurses, and families
• Commitment to safety protocols and cost-effective resource use
