Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 12-hour NOC shifts, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, 36 hours/week with every other weekend and holiday required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert ventilator and tracheostomy care to residents
Perform suctioning, tube feedings, and wound care with compassion
Deliver high-quality nursing in vents, rehab, long-term care, and dementia units
Float across units to ensure comprehensive resident support
Maintain optimal patient ratios while prioritizing safety and comfort

Qualifications

Active Wisconsin RN license required at submission
Active BLS certification
Vent/Trach experience is essential
No schedule restrictions - ready for every other weekend and holiday

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator and tracheostomy management
Suctioning techniques
Tube feeding administration
Wound care expertise
Resident care in rehab, long-term, and dementia settings
