Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care through expert assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Direct and coordinate nursing care to achieve outstanding patient outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for quality, efficient care
- Serve as a vital resource and support the mission of Yukon Kuskokwim Health Corporation
- Apply age-specific and culturally sensitive care from birth to elderly patients
- Supervise unit secretaries and PCTs alongside the Charge Nurse
Qualifications
- Licensed in good standing as a Registered Professional Nurse in Alaska
- Current BLS certification
- Completed nursing program from an NLN approved institution
- Preferred one year experience as a Registered Nurse in a health care setting
